Welcome to “Latinalova,” a somewhat recurring segment where we pair up a latina girl gallery with a rant. Today’s lovely lady is Venezuelean host and model Alessandra Villegas.

Alessandra Villegas began her career as a model in her native Venezuela and gained notoriety for participating in the Miss Venezuela beauty pageant in 2008. She made her television debut on Telemundo’s "Invasion Casera," and then developed as a successful host with “Planeta Feroz” of Vme Network and “Mundo Deportes” of AT &TU-VERSE, a Spanish-language free On Demand TV show for subscribers. On February 2011, Alessandra joined Telemundo’s morning show “Un Nuevo Día,” becoming a household name among Hispanics in the U.S. Thanks to her personality and professionalism, Alessandra has been invited to host different events for non profit organizations around the United States.
